A counseling practice specializing in helping children in tough circumstances. A plant can bloom in the harshest of environments, and this practice helps give every child the help they need to break through and grow.
The Brief
A new counseling start up wanted a brand with the concept of a plant growing through the ground — or difficult substrate — as a child can grow through difficult circumstances. A new mother hoping to resonate and connect with other parents while maintaining a sense of professionalism and expertise.
Design
With punchy muted colors and organic shapes to contrast the geometric logomark. All maintaining the connection to plant growth concept.
Final
A big take away from this project was the ability to contrast elements of the identity to apply to different goals. With the lockup background being a fun punchy illustration but paired with the structured logo it maintains a premium and professional tone.
